A biohazard is not an ordinary mess. Blood and bodily fluids can carry hepatitis and other infections, and the wrong approach can spread contamination or leave an odour that keeps returning. We treat the area as the genuine health risk it is.
Our technicians work to a clear method, contain, remove, clean and disinfect, then deodorise and verify. Contaminated material leaves as clinical waste with a licensed carrier, and every step is documented.
The other half of the job is the human one. We work quietly, we do not rush anyone, and we can speak to landlords, letting agents or insurers on your behalf so there is less for you to carry.
What every job includes
- Technicians trained in biohazard decontamination and safe handling
- Hospital-grade disinfectants and full personal protective equipment
- All biohazard waste removed by a licensed clinical-waste carrier
- We can liaise with your insurer and work directly from a claim
- A clear, written price agreed before any work begins
Contain
We isolate the affected area first, so nothing spreads to the rest of the property while we work.
Remove
Contaminated materials that cannot be saved are bagged and taken away as clinical waste by a licensed carrier.
Disinfect
Every surface is cleaned and treated with hospital-grade disinfectant, not wiped over, decontaminated.
Verify
We re-check the area, confirm it is safe to use again and hand over the waste documentation.

Questions people ask us
If your question is not here, get in touch and we will talk it through, with no obligation.
Request a callbackAre you really available 24 hours a day?
Yes. Enquiries are answered at any hour, every day of the year, including weekends and bank holidays. These situations rarely happen at a convenient time, so there is always someone to respond and arrange attendance.
Do you cover my area?
We work nationwide across England, Scotland and Wales. Tell us where you are when you get in touch and we will give you a realistic attendance time for that location.
Will anyone know what has happened?
No. We attend in unmarked vehicles, keep our work discreet and never discuss a job with anyone but you. To a neighbour it is an ordinary van and an ordinary visit.
Is biohazard cleaning covered by insurance?
Very often, yes. Trauma, crime scene and unattended-death cleaning is frequently covered by home buildings or contents insurance, and by landlord policies. We can talk it through and deal with the insurer on your behalf where you would like us to.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the area and the level of contamination. As a general guide most biohazard and trauma cleans fall between roughly £600 and £3,000, and we always agree a written price before starting. The initial assessment is free.
How quickly can you attend?
For genuine emergencies we prioritise the fastest possible attendance and can often reach you the same day. When you contact us we will give you a realistic time based on where you are and what is involved.
