About us

Specialists in the situations most people never have to think about

We are a nationwide biohazard, trauma and crime scene cleaning service. Our job is to take on the aftermath of the hardest events, safely, discreetly, and with genuine care for the people involved.

What we do, and why it matters

When something serious happens in a property, a death, a serious injury, a violent incident, a flood of contaminated water, someone has to make it safe again. That work carries real infection risk and needs proper training, protective equipment and lawful waste disposal. It is not a job for ordinary cleaners, and it should never fall to a grieving family.

That is the work we do, across the whole of the UK. Our technicians are trained in biohazard decontamination and bloodborne-pathogen safety, we are fully insured, and every contaminated item leaves as clinical waste through a licensed carrier. We can also liaise with landlords, agents and insurers so there is less for you to deal with.

Just as importantly, we do it quietly and kindly. Most people who contact us have never needed a service like this before and never expected to. We take the practical burden off them so they can concentrate on everything else.

Discretion, always

We attend in unmarked vehicles and never discuss a job with anyone but you. To everyone else, it is an ordinary visit.

Compassion first

Most people who call us are having one of the worst days of their lives. We listen before we do anything else, and we never rush anyone.

Done properly

We decontaminate rather than wipe over, and we verify the result. The aim is a space that is genuinely safe to use again.

There when it happens

These situations do not keep office hours, so neither do we. Enquiries are answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Who we are

Biohazard Cleaning was established in 2017 by Stevie Taylor, and is the specialist biohazard, trauma and crime scene division of Cleanse Force UK Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company no. 10611057), the same company and team. It means a dedicated specialist service with the standards and accountability of an established, registered UK business behind it.

We hold Environment Agency upper-tier waste-carrier authorisation (CBDU34585), so everything contaminated is removed and disposed of lawfully as clinical waste. Our technicians are trained and DBS-checked, we are fully insured, and we are independently accredited by RoSPA, SafeContractor, the CSSA, CHAS and SMAS. We work nationwide, 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
